We are very happy to announce the fair participation of the “gallery twenty-six” in the WIKAM art and antiques fair at Laxenburg Castle.
After having already been presented to the public in 2020 and in 2021 on the occasion of the Fair For Art Vienna at the Aula der Wissenschaften, as well as at the WIKAM spring fair at Palais Ferstel in March of 2022, the “gallery twenty-six” will now be present at the WIKAM art and antiques fair from April 23rd to May 1st 2022, which will take place at Laxenburg Castle.
By showing the works of Adrian Szaal, Alice Ella, Christian Bazant-Hegemark and Jaroslav Valečka the “gallery twenty-six” builds on its conceptual foundation, which is as well about showing the works of established artists, who can be assigned to modern and avant-garde art movements, as it is about giving up and coming artists the opportunity to come to fruition by presenting their work to the public.
Especially for the occasion, Adrian Szaal (whose current show at the „gallery twenty-six“ can be seen until May 6th) has created an entirely new UV-installation called “blackbox“.
Christian Bazant-Hegemark will be presenting “ Lockdown Portraits“ and “Glitches“, two series of small-format drawings.
Furthermore there there will be new paintings by Alice Ella (whose current show at the „gallery twenty-six“ can be seen until May 6th).
You will also be offered the unique opportunity to exclusively preview works of art by Jaroslav Valečka, whose work the “gallery twenty-six” will be very proud to present at a solo exhibition, from May 25th to June 18th 2022. (“Zwischen Welten – worlds in between”)
